Memphis fantasy filmmaker Rachel Taylor: Tolkien-sized themes on a Hobbit-sized budget

A longtime fan of fantasy film and literature and especially “The Lord of the Rings,” Taylor — armed with a pair of suitcases and a work visa — moved to Wellington, New Zealand, in hopes of visiting the locations where director Peter Jackson had filmed his epic adaptation of J.R.R.
